6 wheelchair accessible apartments in a former Cotton Mill on the banks of the river Jaudy is the beautiful area of Côtes d'Armor. Converted and renovated in 2006 the building offers traditional french architecture with the conveniences of modern day living.
The whole building was specifically designed to accommodate disabled guests and each apartment has wide doors, is level access throughout with tiled floors, has a large bathroom/wetroom with level access shower and grab rails beside the toilet.
The two bedrooms offer comfort and practicality and are large enough for specialised beds, etc if need be. The open plan lounge, diner has lots of space, with satellite TV, DVD and surround sound system. All apartments have WiFi and internet access. The fully fitted kitchen features all the usual things you would expect with cooker, hob, fridge, microwave and washing machine.
Outside there is a large off road parking area, the garden itself has several terraces and places to chill out. The garden runs along the banks of the river which offers you spectacular views across the valley.
The Pink Granite Coast is ten minutes drive down the road, with several beaches being wheelchair accessible. There are lots of things to see and do with daily markets around the area, several open gardens, train rides, boat rides, lots of water sports and activities, zoos, several places to eat and drink all within about twenty minutes of us.
In the village itself is a bar, restaurant, supermarket, bank, post office, chemist, butcher and baker. Everything you could need on a daily basis. We have larger towns close by.
Transport links are good and we can offer a 20% discount on ALL Brittany Ferries crossings, several ports are close by with sailings into St Malo, Roscoff, Caen and Cherbourg.
